Steamed Egg with Fried Minced Meat and Pickles


Ingredient:
- Minced Pork
- Eggs
- Milk
- Wolfberry
- Mushroom
- Canned Pickles

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut pickles and mushroom into small cubes
2. Soak wolfberry in water to soften
3. Marinate minced pork with soya sauce, pepper, cornflour
4. Cut some garlic
5. Beat up eggs and add in milk

How to cook:
1. Heat oil and garnish garlic
2. Add in Marinated Mince Pork to stir fry for 10 mins, add in some sugar
3. Add in mushroom, wolfberry and pickles to stir fry for another 5 mins
4. Scoop the mixture into a small bowl
5. Steam eggs for about 10 mins
6. Once eggs are steamed, spread mixture over the surface
