Fried Potato Balls


Ingredient:
- Pototoes
- Carrot
- Water Chestnut
- Green Peas
- Mushroom
- Toufu

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Boil Potato
2. Peel off skin
3. Mash the potato
4. Add in toufu, egg york, chopped carrot, chopped water chestnut, chopped mushroom, green peas pepper, salt, cornflour
5. Stir mixture thoroughly and roll into ball


How to cook:
1. Heat oil to 170 degree, then deep fry the potato ball
