Mash Potato with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredient:
- Potato
- Mushroom
- Chicken Sausage

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut sausage and mushroom into smaller bits
2. Cut potatoes into cubes

How to cook:
1. Add potato cubes into boiling water, add salt and let it cook over medium flame for 20 mins until soft
2. Drain all the water and mash the soften potatoes in the pot over medium fire
3. Once potatoes are mashed, add in butter, cheeze and milk to continue mashing
4. To prepare mushroom sauce, heat up butter in pan, and add in chopped mushroom and sausage to stir fry
5. Add some oyster sauce, black pepper and chicken stock, followed by cornstarch solution to thicken the gravy
6. Pour gravy over mash potatoes
