Mushroom Soup



Ingredient:
- King Oyster Mushroom
- Brown Mushroom

- White Mushroom
- Pork Bones
- Chicken Breast
- Celery
- Carrot
- Sweet Corn
- Lotus Root

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut carrot, mushrooms, sweet corn into smaller pieces
2. Briefly rinse pork bones in boiling water

How to cook:
1. Bring water to boil, add in pork bones, chicken breast, carrot and sweet corn, follow by rest of ingredients
2. Cook over medium flame for 1.5 hour, add in 1 tsp of soya sauce and seasame oil for seasoning
