Tin Foiled Steamed Fish with Black Fungus

Ingredient:
- Fresh Fish
- Red Dates
- Black Fungus

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Soak black fungus until they expand and cut them into thin strips
2. On a piece of tin toil, place fish on top of it, add 1 tsp of soya sauce and sour plum sauce
3. Lay red dates and black fungus strips over the fish, add 4 tsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil and some pepper
4. Wrapped up the dish

How to cook:
1. Steam for 15 mins
