Curry Vegetables

Ingredient:
- Long Beans
- Tou Pok
- Bringjal
- Carrot
- Tomatoes
- Lady Finger
- Cabbage
- Curry Powder
- Carnation Full Cream Milk
Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut all vege into smaller pieces
2. Mix curry powder with water to form curry paste

How to cook:
1. Heat up wok, add oil and stir fry chopped onion and garlic
2. Add in curry paste to stir fry
3. Add some water to increase the gravy, followed by cabbage and carrot to stew for 5 mins over medium flame
4. Add in rest of the vegetables to cook for further 10 mins before adding in milk to mix
