Terayaki Salmon with Eggs

Ingredient:
- Salmon Belly Fillet
- Eggs
- Terayaki Sauce

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Coat salmon belly fillet with flour

How to cook:
1. Add some oil to non-stick pan, crack in eggs to fry, place eggs on plate
2. Melt some butter in pan, add in salmon belly fillet to pan fry (skin down first) till cooked
3. Add in terayaki sauce and wait for sauce to heat up
4.  Transfer salmon fillet onto the plate with pan fried eggs and pour the sauce over
