Stir Fry Pork Kidney with Lean Meat


Ingredient:
- Pork Kidney
- Lean Meat
- Ginger
- Onion

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut lean meat, pork kidney into smaller slices
2. Marinate with cornflour, sesame oil, pepper, soya sauce
3. Cut onion and ginger into thin slices

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, add in ginger to stir fry, followed by sliced onions
2. Add in sliced lean meat to stir fry and followed by kidney
3. Add 1 tsp of dark soya sauce, pepper, half tsp of oyster sauce and 2 tsp of hua tiao wine.

Alternatively, add shabu shabu instead of lean pork, add 1 tsp of terrayaki sauce to stir fry with the dish
