Minced Chicken Steamed Toufu


Ingredient:
- Toufu
- Chicken Breast Meat

- Crab Stick
- Mushroom

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Soak mushroom to soften and then cut into small cubes
2. Cut crab stick into smaller cubes
3. Remove veins from chicken breast and cut into small pieces before mincing into paste
4. Mix all ingredient together, add 1 tsp of soya sauce, some pepper, 1 tsp of sesame oil and some corn flour

How to cook:
1. Spread over toufu and steam for 10 mins.
