Chicken with White Fungus Soup

Ingredient:
- Chicken/ drumstick
- white fungus
- Red dates
- Gou zi

How to cook:
1. Boil Water
2. Add Chicken in to boil for half hour
3. Add in white fungus (pre-soaked) follow by red dates and gou zi
4. Add some seasoning
