Tomato Fried Rice


Ingredient:
- Cooked Rice
- Long Beans
- Char Siew
- Fish Cake
- Eggs
- Tomato Sauce

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut long beans into smaller slices
2. Cut char siew and fish cake into smaller cubes
3. Beat up eggs

How to cook:
1. Add cooking oil, then fry garlic till golden brown
2. Add in chopped long beans to stir fry
3. Move long beans to one side of wok, pour in beaten eggs to fry, stir when about to solidify to get small cubes/ pieces of fried egg
4. Mix fried eggs with long bean and add in char siew and fish cake to continue stir frying
5. Add in rice to fry, add some pepper and salt
6. Add some tomato sauce to continue stir fry
