Fried Fish with oyster sauce


Ingredient:
- Fish
- Chilli
- Tou xi
- Onion

How to cook:
1. Fried fish separately
2. Stir fry garlic, add in tou xi to stir fry, add in chilli and onion to stir fry
3. Add some oyster sauce
4. Add some corn starch solution to thicken gravy
5. Pour gravy over fried fish
