Noh Hiang

Ingredient:
- Minced Pork
- Eggs
- Spring Garlic
- Red Chilli
- Water Chestnut
- Mushroom
- Beancurd Skin

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut water chestnut and mushroom into fine cubes
2. Cut spring garlic and chilli into very fine slices
3. Marinate minced pork with pepper, oyster sauce, soya sauce, sesame oil, cornflour.
4. Add in chopped chestnut, chilli, spring garlic, mushroom, mix and add in eggs to make mixture moist.
5. Cut beancurd skin into smaller squares 
6. Start to wrap the noh hiang

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, pan fried or deep fried noh hiang
