Sabu Sabu Mushroom Rice

Ingredient:
-Sabu Sabu Pork Belly
- White Mushroom
- Cooked Rice

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut Shabu Shabu into smaller pieces, marinate with oyster sauce, soya sauce, pepper and sesame oil.
2. Cut garlic and onion into smaller pieces.

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil, add in onion bits to stir fry, followed by garlic bits
2. Add in sabu sabu pork slices to stir fry, followed by white mushroom
3. Add in 1 tsp of oyster sauce, add in 2 tsp of teriyaki sauce and some pepper
4. Serve with white rice
