Baked Potato Mushroom Omelette


Ingredient:
- Eggs
- Mushroom
- Blueberry
- Raisins
- Potato

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut potato into smaller cubes and cook in hot water until soften
2. Cut mushroom into smaller cubes
3. Beat up eggs, add pepper, soya sauce, sesame oil and all other ingredients

How to cook:
1. Use Auto Bake mode (for pies), bake for 10 mins after oven is preheated, until the surface of the omelette is golden brown
