Salmon Soup



Ingredient:
- Salmon
- Dried Anchovies (Ikan Bilis)
- Shrimplets
- Dried Scallop (Big)
- Honey Dates
- Fish Toufu
- Crabstick
- Crab Balls
- Cai Xin
- Sweet Corn

How to cook:
1. Boil 2 bowls of water in claypot, add in dried anchovies, 1 tray of shrimplets (with shells), 1 big dried scallop, sweet corn and 4 honey dates and cook for 1.5 hours.
2. Add some pepper, 1 tsp of soya sauce and sesame oil to enhance flavour
3. Add crab balls, fish toufu, crab stick followed by cai xin and sliced salmon and cook for 3 mins
