Bah Kut Teh

Ingredient:
- Pork Ribs
- Garlic
- Bah Kut Teh seasoning

How to cook:
1. Add Pork Ribs and garlic into water and start to boil
2. Once water boil, add in seasoning
3. Turn to medium flame to cook for 1 hour
4. Add in dark soya sauce and mushroom and cook for another 15mins
5. Add in beancurd skin to cook for another 10 mins
