Fried Hokkien Mee



Ingredient:
Prawn
Squid
Pork (3 layers)
Yellow Mee
Bee Hoon (Chu)
Cai Xin

How to cook:
1. Stir fry garlic till brown
2. Add in sliced squid and pork
3. Continue to fry till cook
4. Add in Cai Xin stalks to stir fry
5. Add in soya sauce, pepper
6. Add in 2 types of mee
7. Add in prawns
8. Continue to stir fry, add water if too dry
