Meat Ball Soup with Cai Xin



Ingredient:
- Minced Pork
- Prawn
- Mushroom
- Water Chestnut
- Cai Xin

Prepare the ingredient:
1. Cut prawns, water chestnut and mushroom into very small cubes
2. Mix diced mushroom and prawn with minced pork, add in soya sauce, oyster sauce, seasame oil, pepper, sugar and corn flour
3. Roll into small meat balls

How to cook:
1. Boil water, add in chicken/ pork bone to cook for half hour
2. Turn up the heat for water to boil, add in meat ball
2. Add in 1 tsp of soya sauce
3. Add in Cai Xin when soup is almost ready
