Bringjal with Fragrant Onion


Ingredient:
- Bringjal
- Onions
- Spring onions

How to cook:

1. Cook sliced bringjal in boiling water, add vinegar
2. Cut bringjal into smaller slices
3. Stir fried sliced red onions until crispy brown
4. Using the remaining oil, heat up, add in soya sauce, bring to boil then pour over bringjal
5. Spread crispy onions on top on sliced bringjal, add spring onions
